Intake
Our first session focuses on getting to know you, what brings you in, your goals if you have some, and some initial thoughts on your path forward should you wish to work together.

Individual Counselling
Connect with me as your co-pilot in healing to explore feelings and behaviors, work through challenging memories, and identify aspects of life you wish to shift. I bring a variety of approaches tailored to you and your goals, including ACT, DBT, Somatics, SFT, and CBT.

EMDR Therapy
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy is a structured psychotherapy that helps people heal from trauma and distressing experiences by processing difficult memories and reducing their emotional impact. This approach aims to resolve the persistent negative thoughts, feelings, and flashbacks associated with trauma/ adverse experiences, allowing for a shift from feeling “stuck” to feeling more peaceful and present. EMDR doesn’t require you to remember or recount everything that happened to have a positive effect.
- 50-minute session – $170 incl. GST
- 75-minute session – $255.00 incl. GST
EMDR Intensives are longer and follow the same rate structure.
